the gardens &
the orchards
We cultivate approximately 5 acres of land for growing crops. This area can be further broken down into two main sub-areas of produce: the orchards and the vegetable gardens. Everything we do is according to regenerative principles, from planning out our crops to working the land itself.
the animals
We raise pastured pork, chickens, and Nigerian dwarf goats. Our animals are cared for in natural settings, with plenty of room to root and forage. In addition to their regular feed, we supplement our animals’ diets with greens and waste from the gardens and orchards as well as foraging available in surrounding forests.
